I find that I shall require the original contracts between TAE and the Dick Company, and TAE and Gilliland and the Dick Company in order to properly prepare the proposed new license agreement with the Dick Company for the manufacture of Mimeographs for export and sale in foreign countries. These papers you will recall I returned to TAE with my letter of the 18th inst. containing an opinion re his rights in this connection. Will you kindly send me copies of the two contracts at your early convenience.
