- Editor's Notes
- I understand that you have had considerable experience with Toopler Holtz Machines, at various times. We have always had more or less trouble with the proper [shellaching?] and insullation of this machine, and thinking possibly you may discovered some points which would be of interest and value in the more perfect construction of these machines, and desiring to put as good a machine as possible before the public, I have taken the liberty of writing to you to inquire whether you can gie us any suggestions, which may be of use and which you do not care to hold as private property, they will be certainly appreciated by us and we will be glad to reciprocate such kindness at any time, as much as possible.
