Butler of Buffalo, NY having full knowledge of your relations to the inventions of our country and full confidence in your ability has very kindly refered this ASSOCIATION to you and requests that we ask you to become one of the original organizers free of expense to you, enclosed please an extract from the BUFFALO NEWS of which Butler is owner and manager, would be pleased to have you fix time and place where a committee from our association can interview you for one hour at which time all By Laws Rules and regulations will be laid before you, hoping we will be favored with a early reply.
