Title
[D8914AAU], Letter from James E Browne to Thomas Alva Edison, June 29th, 1889
Editor's Notes
I am about to dispose of my interests in the Westinghouse Plants at Morristown Elizabeth and Passaic N.J. I shall then be in a position to act for myself and should like a position with some of your companies. We are using your sockets and lamps here and find them satisfactory.##If your policy is to put your goods in the general market I should like an opportunity to make sales of your goods to Westinghouse plants and to that end desire to obtain an agency or some position where I can do business for you.##As you are aware of my Capabiities as a Canvasser I do not think you would make a mistake in accpeting my services. Hoping to receive a favorable reply I remain Yours Repy James E. Browne
