- Editor's Notes
- Mr. C. J. Reed the gentleman who bears this I have know well & favorably for several years past. He is a man of thorough knowledge of theoretical electricity & its application. Also is a very fine chemist. He is anxious to ally himself with the Edison interests. He was formerly agent together with Mr. Dyer for Colorado but he gave this up to pursue work more to his taste. Has been acting as electrician for the Indianapolis Jenney Co of late & has improved their lamp wonderfully. He is very strong in epxerimental work generally & I can indorse him as a man of the very highest character whom you could put absolute confidence in safely.##I believe that he is a man who would be of value to you & bespeak for him your attention, if you have any opening for such a man. Yours very respectfully H. Ward Leonard
