- [D8923AAV], Letter from George L O Davidson to Thomas Alva Edison, August 30th, 1889
- Editor's Notes
- I have been told that you have lately directed your inventive attention toward the solution of the problem of flying. # I have for some years been interested in these ideas and leave taken out protection for an invention which I believe will solve the problem. # Should you therefore really be interesting yourself on this subject I would like much to have an interview with you, if you should happen to be in London. Kindly therefore remember me if you have the opportunity and tea time to spare. A letter addressed to me at the Junior Carlton Club.
