- Editor's Notes
- Upon receipt of your message I hustled and got $5,000 Sprague paper and took it to Chapman, receiving his Cheque 4.500, on a/c which I sent to Germania. This puts us through till Monday morning as you see by enclosed memo. ##I amused myself today making a Digest of our Accts Receivable the result of which I enclose. I cannot see that we are likely to realize much this month out of these accounts. They stand thus: Not done and disputed $61,330.88; Done $39,322.93; Sundries between $100 and $1000 $19,507.12; Under 100 $3,160.81 = $123,321.74. ## I suppose you know these by heart, but I send them for your amusement to fill in the time before going to bed. If you want me to come to the club telephone me."
