Inst: Is Lalande affair finished Dyer in Paris and have since received your cable as follows: Will take license for full term American patent paying five cents litre capacity guarantee minimum royalty two thousand yearly reserving right myself alone to cancel anytime on three months notice. Have written to Mr. de Lalande and will write you further as soon as get his reply.
