- I am anxiously awaiting that letter##I thank you very much for your generous and courteous offer to kindly send Mr. Kennelly. Your assistant. I would say that I have [--] fund at my disposition to pay expert fees, and do not know if Mr. Kennelly will testify at the Inquest on question gratis.##I would have answered your telegram sooner but thought I had better await your [move?] attaining the reason why you cannot testify in the case till tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock.
