I hand you herewith a lamp that was taken out of our cellar at our works [Communipan?] N.J. the lamp when taken out was not broken but it being so frail broke in handling, after removal--The man in charge says, his attention was called to this lamp by its bright appearance, and that he at once ordered the Engine stopped--We send it to you for suggestion as to the cause, and remedy, as a fire in that part of our factory would cause us a large loss. Please let us hear from you
