D Sir, I enclose form of call of meeting of the stockholders for the purpose of increasing the capital stock of this Company, so as to pay off its debt, as suggested in ---- Tate correspondence. The amount suggested--$41,000 will effect this, and pay the fees, & for the tax, & the advertisement of the notices; & the company [money?] be thus cleared of debt on ----- -- ---- should commence the publication at once, as the law requires three weeks.##Please therefore return me the enclosed signed by you by Monday if possible.####I received yr. favor enclosing your transfer of the 83 stocks to Porter Lowrey Soren & Stone, & now acknowledge receipt of same in their name.
