Edison Esq.####65 Fifth Avenue####New York, N.Y., U.S####Dear Sir:####We have just made a contract with your local agents, Messrs Frazar & Co for an Edison Incandescent Electric Light Plant of 450-10 cp lights, and as it is the initial plant in Shanghai and there are many reasons why it should be a perfect success I take opportunity of calling your attention to the subject with request that you will give, if possible some personal attention to the preparation of the plant.
