- [D8946AAT], Letter from Exhibition. Paris Universal (1889). U.S. Commission, Somerville Pinkney Tuck to Thomas Alva Edison, March 9th, 1889
- Editor's Notes
- Referring to yours of the 8th inst., case No. 270 went forward by the steamship "Germanic," which was an error in that the case has gone to Liverpool and not Havre. Hammer, if in Paris, should look it up and not expect to find it with other consignments of your goods through this Commission. This is the only case which has not been shipped through this Commission and the point of the letter was to advise you where to look for the case, as you would probably hold the Commission responsible for the delivery. # Marginalia says answered 3/11/89
