Title
[D8947AAP], Letter from William E Hibble to Thomas Alva Edison, May 5th, 1889
Editor's Notes
Please send me at your convenience $200. I would like to reserve $100 to pay for such things as I need and the city taxes will be due about July which last year were $45.50 total. I wrote Schultz about smoke stack placing the value at $55 but have hear nothing back. The houses should be painted after the rainy season and if you decide to paint I will send a bill of materials needed and Mrs. Edison can select the colors. I will write Mr. Gilliland on this point and if you prefer painting alike or agree to have them so. I will make out bill for the whole or separate as you decide."
