I had a talk with Capt. Gonzalez in regard to writing and the best information I could get was that you wanted to know something about the boundary line on the East side of your lot. He says he bought a small three cornered piece of land from the Allen Estate to make a square lot of his, which piece is included in your deed and is now partly in Edison's enclosure. From what he tells me, Mr. Edison has a strip of your land about 40 feet wide all the way from Riverside Avenue to the river bank.
