Title
[D8949ACB], Letter from Siemens and Halske to Thomas Alva Edison, October 25th, 1889
Editor's Notes
In regard to our agreeement with you about the introduction and use of our electrlytic process in your copper works we think it very advantegeous and even necessary if we could make trials with specimens of the ore or make of copper which you intend to reduse by our process. We are already engaged in building an electrolytic plant rather big capacity which will enable us to obtain reliable dates as to necessary power to efficiency etc. for commericial electrolytic works. ## If you would kindly send to be me as soon as convenient , about a ton of said ore or maybe of copper, you would very much oblige therefor Yours very truly Siemens & Halske
