In reference to ore milling rights under your patents I wish to say that I would like the option, say for six months, of forming a company to put plants in the states of Missouri on a royalty basis on otherwise, with the priveldge of forming other companies in the state of Ohio or Wisconsin if I succeed in Mo. The rights to be exclusive for the states named, and a minimum royalty per annum to be named for each mill cracked according to capcity if you see fit. You spoke to me about amking a proposition to me which in Orange, and since then I have visited the mine at Bichtelemille and Ogden and an impressed with the future in the businesses, and would like to take hold of the matter at once or as soon as I can head from you on the subject. Will you also send me a "needle" and any suggestions you may think advisable which would assist me in making the necessary investigations. Awaiting your early reply I remain Very sincerely yours A.
