- My Dear Sir: Replying to your favor of yesterday, please let me say that the reason why I have not sent you the draft of the Resolution, is that I have applied to Mr. Tomlinson to know if he has the original argeement, and am waiting for his answer. Mr. Insull assures me that the agreement was executed, consequently I decided to write a note to Mr. Tomlinson about it. If I do not get track of any original contract in this way, I will then send you the Resolution. Hoping this will be satisfactory, I remain. Very truly yours,
