- Editor's Notes
- As it is a long time since I bothered you with any of my importunities, I take the privilege of asking for another favor, similar to those which you have granted me herefore. @###The ladies of our Society are getting a lawn party, which they have named "Fete champetre des cinqsens." For the representation of the sense of hearing they have asked me to procure for them one of your phonograms, and I write to inquire if there is any way in which I can secure the use of one for one day: June 12th. If you can assist me in this matter you will not only put me under obligations, but the ladies will rise up and call you blessed.
