Don't want to intrude upon you when conversation should inconvenience you, yet would be disappointed if I couldn't make use of Cheever's introduction.###"I am pretty certain a short chat will be of mutual benefit as regards the business of Russia & you would, besides, confer a great honor upon writer of this . . ."; Would you appoint a time between Weds. and Sat. day or night. "I return Saturday by S.S. Etruria for Moscow, & would very much like to give you some information about Col. Gouraud--my plans about Russia--facilitites we possess &c--- [P.S. had the pleasure of recording the first Russian message on a cylinder in London addressed to you, which Gouraud was to send you in Feb., and thus was "phonographically" introduced to you.]
