Trust you'll *personally* see to it that only the latest improvements and best machines sent to here and Denmark. If they don't meet the public's expectaitons of what the Phono is, the reaction will be destructive....."The machines I have here are far from satisfactory in several respects....[enumerates]" The "greased" phonograms "slip awfully! or break easily if pushed on tight enough to prevent slipping."
