Will you please note that it is absolutely necessary for the proper conduct of the business here that all shipments must he advised, and by a proper advice note describing the precise contents of each case. You will understand that if this information is in our hands prior to the delivery of the goods we may be able to effect great saving in carriage by having them re-addressed at the port to our Agents in various parts of the continent. Kindly give this matter your attention. ## Please also not that all cases, communications (not of a private nature) must be addressed to Edison's Phonograph Co.
