- All right, I am chiefly concerned about the delay on account of the agreemen specifying a limit of time to obtain a concession But we think can be arranged, a few weeks more or less will not matter much. It must seem rather odd, however, to the people in Mexico, for when there we all thought the machines would be read in a few weeks.##Send the Power of attorney right here. It is for me of course, and there is no sense in [?] about proceeding.
