Title
[D8961AAE], Letter from Edwin M Fox to Thomas Alva Edison, July 13th, 1889
Editor's Notes
"Re Mexican Phonograph Company## Mr. Ceballes informs me today that it is necewssary for the Congress of Mexico to reatify the phonographic concession and that Congress will not convene until the latter part of [illegt]. In view of this fact it will of course be necessary for you to extend the time until Congress meets. I would suggest that it be extended 60 days after the commencement of the next session of Congress. Please write Mr. Connery a letter to this effect. ## Mr. Ceballes is very enthusiastic over the phonograph. [TAE marg: "This is good excuse to get Gouraud to extend. E"]
