"We are requested by the North American Phonograph and Graphophone Co., to notify its sub-companies that it has entered into a contract with the Pumpelly Storage Battery and Electric Motor Company, for the sole use of its storage battery in connection with the Phonograph and Graphophone and that it will be used exclusively. These batteries may be produred direct from the Pumpelly Co., LaSalle St., Chicago, or from the North American Phonograph Co., at its New York office. Prices will be as follows: ### 150 ampere hour cell $9.50 ### 190 " " " 10.50 ### 240 " " " 11.50 ### The bills will be rendered by the North American Phonograph Co., but the batteries will be shipped immediately upon receipt of order here and memorandum order will be reported to your parent company. Enclosed you will find a slip answering questions that have been asked in regard to the Pumpelly cell."
