Re E. F. P. T. Mfg. Co. Enclosed please find a contract prepared in triplicate, touching the division of the $10,000. These three contracts have already been signed by Mr. Jacques, President of the Boston Co. ## Will you please sign each of these three copies in two places. First sign your name individually opposite the small red seal. Then sign your name underneath as President of the Edison Phonograph Company. Please also have the seal of the Company affixed to the large red seal as President s aforesaid. ## Kindly hand these copies when excuted as above, to Mr. W. S. Hutchinson, and he will for me to add that these documents have been approved by Mr. Lippincott.
