Editor's Notes
"I am very much pleased with the photograph & autograph Mr. Stevens has given me, & beg you will understand how [warmly?] I thank you, for sending the same. How very glad your family must be to have so good a picture of you--as a likeness, it is perfect. ## I am very much interested in all that I have been told by the Director of the 'Toy Phonograph Coy" of the progress that is being made in its business arrangements & cannot but hope that somethuing very prosperout & well established will be the result under the new regime. . . . ## recalls visit at laboratory in May 1889 <see also D8964ABH >
