[copy; Edison Toy Phono Mfg Co.] Referring to the contract between you and this Company, dated Dec. 28ty , 1888, the Company understands that said contract has been forfeited by you on account of your failure to deposit the bonds therein called for." Co. will not insist on forfeiture but give you the option to cancel contract or continue it; notify by Dec. 31st. If wish to continue contract, please make immediate deposit of bonds according to its terms. If bonds not deposited by 31 Dec., Co. will enforce all its rights of forfeiture.
