Referring to yours of 23d ulto would say that we have been using four (4) Phonoplex circuits upon the Penna RR Division for about eighteen months past, during this time we have had satisfactory service.####We are able to work as rapidly upon Phone circuit, as upon regular straight circuit.####These four circuits are of the following lengths, 117, 105, 82-- 49 [matis?], the longest working as well as the shortes
