[Altoona] Referring to yours of 23rd inst relation to new Battery of Mr Edison for Phonoplex service would say that we shall be only too glad to give it a fair, honest test with the hope that it may be the very battery we want for the work####We will arrange any facilities necessary at your convenience for pulling same up.
