Edison Orange My dear Mr. Edison You will I know be glad to learn that I yesterday, need a cablegram from Mr. Lewis at Portsmouth England reading “respectful official trial Da Kof Connaught[?] and engineer officials-sons[?]-This admiralty test was from steamer “Drudge” running 10 knots p hour and is a grand achievement Respectfully Everett Frazer New York City, February II, 1892 Dear Mr. Tate: You have not yet given me the holograph letter which Mr. Edison was to write to Sir William Thomson, to be sent to the latter along with a set of the Filament printed record.
