New York, June 13th 1892 Thomas A. Edison Esq., Orange, N.J. Dear Sir:- In reply to your letter of the 6th inst I would say that Mr. Sims has been quite ill at home the latter part of last week and has today returned from Schenectady and goes to Washington tomorrow on the torpedo business. He tells me he has called three different times at your office, 44 Broad St., without being able to meet you, and hopes soon to have the pleasure of so doing. I think from what Mr. S says, there was no correspondence, but only cablegrams from Mr. Sims from Paris and London, about the stock you were to have of the European Company. Mr. Sims will confer with you personally about the matter as soon as he can get the time, and meet you at 44 Broad St. He is very busy just now expecting a run of the new No 15 torpedo within the next fortnight Yours very truly Everett Fraiser
