August 10, 1892 A.M. McGregor, Esq., Room 140, No. 26 Broadway New York City Dear Sir:- I enclose herewith Deed of the Ft. Myers property from Samuel Summerlin and wife to Thomas A. Edison, dated May 27th, 1892. This is the document which you requested sent to you in your letter of 3rd instant to Mr. Edison. Owing to the absence of the latter a compliance with your request has been delayed util now. After the Deed has been recorded please return it to this office, and oblige.
