Eaton, Edison Building, Broad Street, New York City Dear Sir:- By direction of Mr. Edison I refer to you the enclosed letter, under date August 2nd, 1892, received by him from The Edison and Swan United Electric Light Co., Ltd., London, England, in regard to certain patents which it has decided to let lapse and become void.
