September 6, 1892. Richard N. Dyer, Esq., No. 38 Wall Street, New York City. Dear Sir:- You will recollect that before I went away I had some conversation with you in regard to holding a meeting of the Directors of the Edison Ore Milling Co., for the purpose of putting through a contract between that Company and Mr. Edison, the purport of which you were already familiar with, and of electing to the Board you and myself in place of Messrs. Insull and Schultze Berg. I would like to take this matter up whenever you can give it attention. Yours truly, Private Secretary.
