ct. 11, 1892. Richard M. Dyer, Esq., No. 36 Wall Street, New York City. Dear Sir:- You will recollect that some time ago I left with you a memorandum concerning a certain agreement which Mr. Edison designed to have executed between himself and the Edison Ore Milling Co., Limited. Mr. Edison, you will remember, also wished to have certain changes made in the personnel of the board of this Company. I have been unable to effect these changes owing to the inability of the Secretary of the Company to get a quorum together. In order that the matter may not languish I wish you would at your early convenience prepare an agreement between the Edison Ore Milling Co., Ltd. and T. A. Edison, based upon the memorandum, above referred to. If there are any further details necessary I will be glad to supply them, by going at the matter in this way I think I can carry out Mr. Edison’s wishes much earlier than by waiting for Mr. Perry to take action. Yours truly, Private Sec’y.
