Nov. 1, 1892. Thomas Butler, Esq., Treas’r., North American Phonograph Company, New York City. Dear Sir:- I enclose herewith agreement, in duplicate, between the North American Phonograph Co. and the West Coast Phonograph Company, dated 18th day of October, 1892. Mr. Tate handed these to me with instructions to obtain Mr. Edison’s signature to them. They have been executed by Mr. Edison as President of the N. A. P. Co., and I therefore send them to you.
