Nov. 4, 1892.
Mrs. Edison,-
Will you please see that the mining and electrical journals that are sent every week from the Laboratory to “Clermont” are placed before Mr. Edison. About two months ago, by direction of Mr. Edison, we commenced sending the mining journals to his house, always telling the person to whom the papers were given that they work for Mr. Edison and should be placed where he would get them. Mr. Edison complained to the writer this morning that he never sees any of these papers; hence this request. After Mr. Edison has perused the journals they should be returned to the Laboratory for filing in the Library. It is very desirable that the papers already sent should also be returned; otherwise the files will be incomplete.
Yours respectfully,
THE EDISON LABORATORY
