Nov. 14, 1892. Messrs. Munn & Co., No. 391 Broadway, New York City. Dear Sirs:- I return herewith the letter which accompanied your favor of 10th instant addressed to Mr. Edison. The experiment with the dog, to which your correspondent refers, was made only with the magnets steadily excited from the continuous current; but experiments were tried with an alternating current and alternating magnetism through the head of a person.
