Nov. 15, 1892. Messrs. Dyer & Seely, No. 36 Wall Street, New York City. Dear Sirs:- Mr. Edison has read your letter of 9th instant, on the subject of his application No. 919, for an Improvement in Electric Railways, which has been allowed by the U. S. Patent Office. In regard to patenting this improvement abroad, Mr. Edison wishes you to ask Mr. F. P. Fish if he thinks the General Electric Company would gain anything by filing applications for foreign patent.
