Dear Sir:- 
In reply to your letter of 17th inst., I will arrange it so that you can sell physicians’ outfits on the installment plan. To do this it is necessary that we should have a form of contract. I am going into this matter at present very thoroughly in connection with the phonograph business and will be able to give you such a form in the near future. Meanwhile, do what you can on our present basis. As soon as I get the contracts in satisfactory shape we will decide upon the amount of the first payment and the subsequent installments.
