Dec. 3, 1892. Mr. Edison,- I expect that the Kinetograph concession will be acted upon this week. It was to have been acted upon on Tuesday last, but Mr. Lombard had to be in New York upon that day on some personal business, and the matter was postponed until the latter part of the week. I enclose herewith a memorandum showing where Kinetographs are to be placed at the Fair. Yours truly,
