Factory Engineer Foreman $16.50 This man besides running engine, firing furnaces, and boiler will superintend the baking of acid plates so and personally change them from cool to av [illegible] + once over. [illegible] will have charge of what men are in shop, will receive and weigh material and attend to shipping it to the factory besides doing any [illegible] work required in shop and running dynamos at night. Man to cast coal about 11.00 According to number gotten out on contract. He will take Sunday watching. Also will attend to acidizing furnace and will run baking furnaces at night when they are alright. He can also cut down broken 1/2 lb plates to smaller plates and can gauge all baked plates on every wheel.
