STATE OF NEW YORK City and County of New York I, the undersigned, a Trustee of the Edison Electric Light Company, do hereby certify and state: That I have endeavored to have the Annual Report of the Edison Electric Light Company made and filed as required by law, and that the officers of said Company have refused and neglected to make and file any report except a report of the tenor and effect of the report hereto annexed, and I do append to this certificate a report containing the items required to be stated in such Annual Report, as far as they are within my knowledge or are obtainable from sources of information open to me, and verified by me to be true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
