Letterhead of Edison Electric Light Co. EDISON ELECTRIC LIGHT COMPANY. New York, December 9th, 1892. You will please take notice that at a meeting of the Stockholders of this company, to be held at Edison Building, No. 44 Broad Street, New York City, at the offices of the Company, on this 27th day of December, 1892, at 12., a resolution will be offered that the number of Trustees of this Company be reduced from thirteen to nine, and that Articles II and III of the By-Laws be amended by striking out the word “thirteen” wherever it appears in said Articles and inserting instead thereof the word “nine”. At Which meeting, also, the adjourned annual meeting for the election of Trustees will be held. By order of the President, S.D. GREENE, SECRETARY.
