Letterhead: Eaton & Lewis Nov. 19, 1892. Thomas A. Edison, Esq., Orange, New Jersey. Dear Sir: We beg to hand you herewith a form of assignment by you to Edison General Electric Company of patent No. 484,183, issued to you on October 11, 1892, for improvements in Electrical Depositing Meter. This is one of the patents to which the Edison General Electric Company is entitled under the Laboratory agreement.
