Dear Sir: 
Will you please send me your check for $300,000 being an assessment of $4.00 per year, share on your stock in the E.I.C. Co. (200 shares) 
This is to be used to pay the taxes on the Spurr property and the few small bill that have been mad also on the advance that I have made. 
Father is now so that I plan to go east the middle or latter part of next week and stay until the plans are all completed. He has had a very close call.
