Dear Sir
Your favor of 27th Octr to Mr Butler received and in reply would say-- Mr Marshall took this share at 187 6th Ave on the 1st April 1892 for 13 months expiring 1st day 1893 at a rental of $75 per week payable in advance. When Mr Marshall gave up the Automatic business we took over the share from him, but have no written agreement with him, the lease is still in his name Yours truly,
