Letterhead of Eaton & Lewis Law Offices January 13, 1892, Thomas A. Edison, Esq., Orange, New Jersey. Dear Sir: I am in receipt of your favor of the 12th inst., enclosing two Assignments of French Phonograph patents, in favor of the Edison United Phonograph Company. I have examined these Assignments, and find that they are all right and reserve to you the use of inventions for dolls, toy figures and clocks. I therefore forwarded them to Messrs.
