Letterhead of Eaton & Lewis Law Offices April 11, 1892, Thomas A. Edison, Esq., Orange, New Jersey. Dear Sir: I am in receipt of your favor of the 8th. Inst., returning the seven assignments of foreign phonograph patents by you to the Edison United Phonograph Company and the three powers of attorney for transfer of other transfer of other foreign phonograph patents, all of which have been executed by you and acknowledged before a Notary Public, in accordance with the suggestions contained in my letter of the 5th. Inst. I will hand these papers over to the Edison United Phonograph Company in exchange for their undertaking to execute the proper license for dolls etc. to you at the proper time.
